Our tours include more meals than most of our competitors, usually two or three every day, a feature that is particularly important when visiting expensive cities such as London, Paris, Copenhagen and Sydney.

Our tours include more sightseeing and have far less optional extras than other tours, even expensive accompaniments such as cultural shows, visas and tipping of guides, drivers and restaurant staff are included in the price.

Comfortable Accommodation
Most of the hotels we use are rated “first-class” or “four-star” and are chosen to give you a combination of central and quiet locations. Some locations may not have this type of hotel so the best available is used. In certain regions, such as Britain and Western Europe, we will occasionally use pleasant “superior tourist” or “three-star” accommodation while in countries like Egypt we will use “deluxe” or “five-star” hotels.

Early Booking Discounts
Save money by joining the tour early. There are significant discounts on most tours if you make your deposit early.

Fully Refundable Deposits
Your deposit is completely refundable until the final payment date on most of our tours. That allows you to cancel from the tour before the final payment date for any reason without penalty.

Insurance
As your deposit is completely refundable until the final payment date, you do not need to decide whether you want to purchase insurance until then. We do not build the cost of insurance into the tour as some people have coverage elsewhere. Our special group rates result in very competitive all-inclusive insurance premiums.

Price Guarantee
Once you have paid in full we guarantee that there will be no price increases due to currency exchange fluctuations or airfare increases.

Single Traveller Advantage
Our "forced single supplement" policy is unique: If you join the tour more than 90 days prior to departure and would like a roommate but we are unable to find you one, you will only be charged one-half the single supplement.

Comfortable Pace
Tours are reasonably paced with many stays of two nights or more. While our tours include an extensive sightseeing program, we try to allow just enough free time for each member of the group to explore individual pursuits.

Our tours are not sold through travel agents so you aren't travelling with a group of random strangers. There is more of a caring atmosphere when travelling with Rostad Tours and our tour members are made to feel like they are part of a family.
