Joe Rostad Founder - Joe was a Lutheran pastor and the founder of Rostad Tours. We will forever be inspired by his optimism and determination.

Marilyn Jorgensen Passenger Registrations - Marilyn is in charge of tour registrations including processing all deposits, confirmations and invoices. If you have questions regarding payments, roommates, insurance or any general tour questions, Marilyn has the answers.

Tracy Rostad Flight Reservations and Extensions - Tracy is responsible for all flight arrangements. If you are interested in extending your tour she will book all arrangements required (flights, extra hotels, car rentals, train etc.). Tracy is also in charge of insurance claims.

Don Rostad Finance Manager/Group Sales - With his accounting background, Don is in charge of finances. He is also in contact with Tour Hosts, helping them set up exciting new tours and assist with their promotional needs. Brochure preparation is also one of Don's responsibilities.

David Rostad Manager - Along with the daily operations of the office, David supervises all aspects of the tour program. He also enjoys working on designing the computer program that keeps track of clients and reservations.

Charmian Vickaryous Receptionist - Charmian's (pronounced SHAR-me-an) cheerful British accent is the first thing you hear when you call the office. Let her know how we can help you and she will connect you with the correct person. Her various duties include sending brochures and packages and keeping the office running smoothly.

Scott McWilliam Group Sales Executive - Scott is our friendly travelling salesman, planning tours and creating presentations to show at group meetings across the country. He has escorted many of our tours and enjoys sharing his experiences with others.

Jean Merriam Group Specialist - Jean used to work for our retail division but now works full time for Rostad Tours. She looks after hotel reservations but spends most of her time preparing impressive tour documents for our tour members.

Julie Barr Leisure Travel Specialist - Julie has the challenging job of booking cruises for our groups and individual passengers. She also looks for special deals on packages and sends them by email to interested clients. Dealing with the different cruise lines and tour operators keeps her hopping and she does it with a smile!

Joanne Homan Travel Consultant - Joanne handles passenger reservations and arrange visas for all our groups. She recently esocrted a group on the Grand European Cruise and has been smitten by the river cruise bug. She has recently visited India and hopes to escort a group here in the future.

Shelly Mercer Marketing Specialist - Shelly is in charge of creating all of our marketing material. She is also tasked with administering our social media sites. Shelly has travelled extensively and is looking forward to experiencing the world the Rostad Tours way.

Sandy Baldwin Operations & Marketing Specialist - Sandy is the newest member of our team and is learning the Rostad way of travelling. Sandy is involved in the daily planning and operation of tours, tour host marketing as well as the creation and branding of all of our video assets. Sandy has been involved in all aspects of design, marketing and video production for the past twenty years. He describes himself as a "Jack of all trades" and has always wanted to learn something new. He can't wait to start travelling and meeting people on our tours.
