Joe Rostad President - Joe, a retired Lutheran minister, is the founder and president of Rostad Tours. Although he has now retired, he often shows up on birthdays as he knows there will be cake served and we need his voice to sing Happy Birthday!

Marilyn Jorgensen Passenger Registrations - Marilyn is in charge of tour registrations including processing all deposits, confirmations and invoices. If you have questions regarding payments, roommates, insurance or any general tour questions, Marilyn has the answers.

Tracy Rostad Flight Reservations and Extensions - Tracy is responsible for all flight arrangements. If you are interested in extending your tour she will book all arrangements required (flights, extra hotels, car rentals, train etc.). Tracy is also in charge of insurance claims.

Don Rostad Finance Manager/Group Sales - With his accounting background, Don is in charge of finances. He is also in contact with Tour Hosts, helping them set up exciting new tours and assist with their promotional needs. Brochure preparation is also one of Don's responsibilities.

David Rostad Manager - Along with the daily operations of the office, David supervises all aspects of the tour program. He also enjoys working on designing the computer program that keeps track of clients and reservations.

Charmian Vickaryous Receptionist - Charmian's (pronounced SHAR-me-an) cheerful British accent is the first thing you hear when you call the office. Let her know how we can help you and she will connect you with the correct person. Her various duties include sending brochures and packages and keeping the office running smoothly.

Scott McWilliam Group Sales Executive - Scott is our friendly travelling salesman, creating presentations to show at group meetings across the country. He has escorted several of our tours and enjoys sharing his experiences with others.

Jean Merriam Group Specialist - Jean used to work for our retail division but now works full time for Rostad Tours. She looks after hotel reservations and prepares impressive documents for our tour members.

Julie Barr Leisure Travel Specialist - Julie has the challenging job of booking cruises for our groups and individual passengers. She also looks for special deals on packages and sends them by email to interested clients. Dealing with the different cruise lines and tour operators keeps her hopping and she does it with a smile!

Joanne Homan Travel Consultant - Joanne splits time between Rostad Tours and our retail division Oakridge Travel. She recently experienced her first Rostad tour, travelling to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. Joanne enjoys arranging the perfect holiday for her clients.
