- Mark & Christy Arnold profile
Mark & Christy Arnold
Mark and Christy are passionate about Israel ever since their life-changing trip to the Middle East in 2013. They have been encouraging people everywhere to experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of the Land of the Bible. They led a tour to Israel and Jordan in 2017, and are ready to share another one in 2019!
Both Bible college graduates, Mark and Christy were missionaries in Northern Canada for 13 years. For 23 years they directed a children's Bible camp. During some of that time, Mark also pastored at a small country church. Christy wrote a 3-year chronological Bible course covering Genesis to Revelation, and has taught it several times. She is slowly working her way through reading the Hebrew Torah (the Old Testament).
The Arnolds recently moved to Wetaskiwin, Alberta where they are currently renovating a house. Beginning in September 2018 Mark will be pastor of an Evangelical Free Church in Meeting Creek, Alberta.
Mark and Christy love spending time with their four grown children and three - soon to be four - grandchildren. They enjoy camping, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, teaching, and studying God's Word. Mark likes playing hockey when he gets the chance. Christy delights in gardening and loves to get out in the beauty of nature. They both love dreaming of Israel.
Israel is a land of history, heartache, and hope.
Footsteps of a hundred generations reverberate on her ancient stones.
Blood of a thousand battles cries out from her hidden valleys.
Hearts of a million worshipers pound in anticipation of a kingdom.
Come see for yourself!
